Virophor 2.8% is approved to be used on cattle, sheep, pig and poultry farms. Virophor 2.8%is one of the most effective disinfectants used for Rotavirus and Foot & Mouth. This certified general purpose farm disinfectant is highly effective against poultry diseases.
Application of Virophor 2.8%
Spraying: Recommend dilution rate of 3% w/v for Tuberculosis and general orders (e.g. Salmonella and E-coli). A dilution rate of 0.5% w/v is recommended for Foot & Mouth disease, Swine Vesicular disease and diseases of poultry. Apply mixture at 300ml per square metre.
Foot dip baths: Use a dilution rate of 0.5% w/v and change when heavily soiled with organic matter or on a weekly basis.

GENERAL CLEANING AND DISINFECTION: Remove gross soiling. Apply with a pressure washer at pressure of 500 psi or via foam lance at a rate of 300ml/m2 and a dilution rate of 1:185. Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly wetted.

When using at 1:20 dilution for Bovine TB this 5 litre pack of Virophor will disinfect 350 square metres of surface area.
FOOT DIP: Use at 1:185 and replace when soiled or every 3-4 days.
